As trans Black and people of colour we often struggle to access therapists / services to suit our needs. On this page you’ll find the QTIBIPOC therapist directory curated by the Black Trans Foundation listing all therapists, costs and services offered.

This is the first ever directory in the UK that lists therapists who exist at this specific intersection. We hope that it will make it easier for QTIPOC individuals to find a therapist who suits their needs.

All of the therapists listed in this directory are registered with a professional body and have public liability insurance.

The QTIPOC (Queer/Trans/Intersex People of Colour) Therapist Directory has been created by Black Trans Foundation in our commitment to making therapy more accessible for those with marginalised identities. Black Trans Foundation is a grassroots organisation that provides free therapy to Black trans and nonbinary individuals in the UK.

Talking to a therapist who shares partial or whole lived experience can provide a safer space for therapy. Many people struggle to find a QTIPOC therapist and as such often have to deal with microaggressions.
